Im new to this board, but Blue, you actually said that?!?!
I wish I could say things like that to people here, but I never have the ba**s to say that to anyone. Plus the predominant ethnicity is Latino here, so…

wtf happened on that ml board? that was ridiculous. i think that's one of the reasons i mainly read their posts, but never want to say anything. they tend to attack really quickly.

ok, ive never made tea first of all. the instructions say for a glass of tea to pour boiling water over the tea bag and let sit for 4-6 minutes. but that would be flavored water i'd think. shouldn't i let the bag sit in the water 4-6 minutes? the instructions are confusing, sorry.

I heard cell phone use can harm the baby if you are on them too long. Is this a myth or a fact?

Maybe I need to change my nest name b/c a lot of you can't get over it. I have received nothing but negative, caddy remarks from a lot of you when I post. Yes I live in Laguna, have a gorgeous baby and fiance, and love my life. I'm very proud of it and know that not a lot of 25 year olds are so lucky. To the girls that can't seem to stop talking about me, I hope you realize how jealous you sound. Not everyone here are like the people on the shows, that's your perceptions. Not all of you are like this so I'm not talking to everyone. This is exactly why I don't join mom's clubs, b/c most of them are fat and miserable and take one look at me and think I'm the typical OC girl. I have heard a lot of you about your H and money and when one person seems happy with their life and body, you have to be rude to them. That's fine, I find it amusing. I would much rather encourage women on this board if they are happy rather than acting like a jealous high school girl. Yes I live in LB, yes my fiance is drop dead gorgeous(and I've seen some of yours that you think are hot…), yes we never have to work a day in our lives again (and no the money is not from our parents), yes I'm skinny, blonde and a sweet person. GET OVER IT. I hope some day that you can be happy too. I'm speaking to the same ones that keep piping in when I write something. You all aren't like this. Carry on

How much can a baby hear in there?

I usually have to chaperone the prom, and it's so LOUD. How much noise gets through to the baby?
If they can hear DH's voice, then they can hear loud nonstop reggaeton. I can't possibly chaperone this thing if I am pg, right?
Not pg now, just curious.
Healthcare for Me and Baby
From:Caewennoc

My husband and I are TTC now (YEA!!!!) but I recently resigned from my job and am not on his insurance at work, as it seemed too expensive at the time.
I don't think he is able to add me until the annual period in about April next year, and will need insurance during my pregnancy.
Can anyone suggest a good healthcare plan that will cover me during pregnancy and also the labor and delivery until next April?
Thanks!!

So I have discovered that if I am pregnant and have no insurance at this point…..what about just getting Medicaid? Isn't this type of situation exactly what Medicaid is for?

This is a bunch of bologne! I'm supposed to not be allowed to have a baby because a health insurance company doesn't want to cover me for a full year?! I can't be the only person upset with this…

they're not all bad…most of them ARE against having outdoor dogs…but after we wandered in, most of them were quiet, while the pro-outdoor dog people were more vocal. also, they, as a whole, are adamantly against buying from BYBs.

Next weekend at 33w….would it be okay to go on a short hayrack ride? I'm going to a pumpkin patch/corn maze place, and you take the hayrack ride to the pumpkins. I recall it being a short ride. My parents keep saying I shouldn't go on it b/c it will be too bumpy.
I feel dumb asking this!! :)

I chose a Tiffany & Co. theme because her older sister got truckloads of Tiffanys crap throughout her 1st year of life & Lauren hasn't gotten a thing! Not fair! I don't want her to grow up with a Jan Brady complex! So, the Grandparents, Aunts & Uncles got the hint & came.
